  • The best shake I’ve ever had replaces the milk with a creamy stout beer (Guinness is the recommendation) and ads a quarter of a teaspoon of vanilla paste. It’s surprisingly DELICIOUS.

  • Fun fact: street crepes (white flour crepes that are freshly made in food carts off the streets) in Paris usually cover half the crepe and then are folded in the same fashion as your third crepe. They’re super cheep and your can get them plain, or with sweet or savory toppings. Nutella is so massively popular that the French have to claim it as their own even though if it originated from Italy during a chocolate shortage.

  • If you want a great crepe recipe, make crepe, add cottage cheese, put a mixed berry couli with berries I top and finished with whipped creme or sour cream. Roll into logs 2 per plate. Medium sized crepes

  • I grew up making crepes. Topping the crepe with a little bit of fresh squeezed lemon juice and sugar to taste is my family’s favorite.
